Project Summary
The Queueing System project was a collaborative effort undertaken by us, interns at the University of Makati. The main objective of the project was to design, develop, and implement an efficient queueing system for the university's registrar's office, with the aim of streamlining the registration process and improving overall service delivery.
By incorporating technology and focusing on user convenience, the system optimized queue management, reduced wait times, and enhanced overall service delivery, benefiting both students and registrar's office staff.
Our Goals
As an intern at the University of Makati, our main goals in creating a queueing system for the registrar's office are to streamline the registration process, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall student experience. We aim to minimize waiting times, increase staff productivity, and provide valuable data-driven insights for the university administration. The system will facilitate better communication with students through automated notifications and a user-friendly interface, while also reducing paperwork through a dedicated student portal. We are committed to ensuring scalability and sustainability, and as part of the project, we will offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to the registrar's office staff to ensure a smooth implementation and operation of the system.
